8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does. (NIV)
8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. (ESV)
A continuation of v7, this verse again confirms that we need to trust in GOd's goodness. Those who are torn between God and the world are double-minded and unstable.

Please join us as we seek to know God by memorizing His Word in context. Convicted and inspired by Janet Pope's His Word in My Heart we are learning to redeem the time by including Scripture memory in our daily routines.
LeRoy Eims on the importance of Scripture memory: "I think two of the master strokes of the devil have been to convince people he doesn't exist, and that Scripture memory is only for children.
