Psalm 139:4

Sorry, wasn't able to post yesterday.

Psalm 139:4
Before a word is on my tongue   you know it completely, O Lord.

Review Psalm 139:1-3 before moving on to today's verse.

Repeat the verse over and over throughout the day today, whenever you have a moment, and meditate on the truth that God knows us so completely that He even knows what we are going to say before we say it - the good and bad.
